This is a spreadsheet made with Google Sheets that has five separate pages (sheets) that will help you to create accessible E-Learning courses.
Status - This is a list of the WCAG 2.1 Guidelines that apply to A, AA, and AAA E-Learning courses. Each one has a link to the standard, a short description and suggestions for features and options to use in Articulate Storyline. There is a drop-down menu so you can mark the status of each standard (Met/Not Met).
Checklist - This is a designers best friend. It is a checklist of over 50 tasks that need to be done within a Storyline file in order to reach WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. It is organized into categories: The Player, Theme and Organization, Text, Navigation, Focus Order and Layers, Extra/Misc, and Testing.
Questions for Storyline - This is a list of over 50 questions that you should answer Yes to. It is designed as a final checkpoint before completing a course.
Questions for LMS - This is a bonus sheet for questions you should ask if you are completing a build within an LMS.
Resources - This is a list of resources for contrast checkers, videos and Articulate WCAG Conformance report.
This spreadsheet will function properly when opened with Google Sheets. It can also be opened with Excel but the drop down menus and checkboxes will not work as programmed.
